After installing the card, it appeared like everything was working fine until I had to put the Win98 CD into the CDRom drive for the new hardware. The computer wasn't recognizing the CD drives! So I opened the computer back up to figure out if I just had a lose cable or something. Nothing.

go to boot a program from the CD drive. Open up My Computer. No CD drives. Neither the regular CD nor the CD writer are showing. Floppy's there, C is there, But no CD drives. Open up the device driver and there are yellow exclamation points in front of both Primary IDE and Secondary IDE signifying trouble.
